What Is Included With Every Rental
At Redline Wake, we believe your day on the water should be as effortless as possible. That is why every boat and jet ski rental comes fully equipped with everything you need for a safe, comfortable, and thrilling experience. From the moment you arrive at the dock to the moment you return, we have thought through every detail so you can focus on making memories instead of managing logistics.
- Full tank of fuel to start your rental period. You are responsible for refueling before return, and we provide guidance on nearby marina fuel docks at Center Hill Lake, Tims Ford Lake, and Old Hickory Lake.
- Coast Guard approved life jackets for every passenger, properly sized and inspected before each rental. Infant and child sizes are available upon request when booking.
- Comprehensive safety briefing covering boat operation basics, emergency procedures, lake-specific navigation tips, and wake etiquette to keep everyone safe and respectful on the water.
- Premium sound system on all wake boats with Bluetooth connectivity, so you can stream your favorite playlists while shredding wakes or cruising the shoreline.
- Dock delivery option available for all three lakes. We can deliver your boat or jet ski directly to your private dock, Airbnb rental, or preferred marina ramp for maximum convenience. Delivery fees vary by distance.
- Licensed captain option add a professional, experienced captain for $25 per hour. Perfect for groups where no one has a boating license, or for guests who simply want to relax and let someone else handle the driving.
Rental Policies & Cancellation Terms
We want every Redline Wake rental to be smooth from booking to return. Our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand. Please review the following terms before finalizing your reservation so there are no surprises on your adventure day.
Boating License Requirement
Anyone born after January 1, 1989 must carry a valid Tennessee Boating Safety Certificate to operate a wake boat. The certificate can be obtained online in about 30 minutes. Jet ski renters must be at least 18 years old. A government-issued photo ID is required for all rentals at pickup.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 6 or more days before your scheduled rental receive a full refund. Cancellations requested 3 to 5 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 3 days before the rental date receive a 25% refund. All weather-related cancellations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis with rescheduling as our first priority.
Fuel Responsibility
All boats and jet skis are delivered with a full tank. Renters are responsible for refueling before return. If fuel is not replaced, a refueling service charge of $6.50 per gallon plus a $35 convenience fee will apply.
